When a potential client contacts us regarding activity they may be experiencing we ask several questions regarding the type of activity.

Once we have a general idea on the we schedule a time to interview and walk through the location. We try to do this before the date of the actual investigation if time allows us to do so.

Extensive research of the property’s history, a deed search, geographical ect. History of the home can bring up important information regarding the type of activity that is happening.

Investigating the location. Start with a baseline recording EMF and Temperature for any fluctuations that may prove natural to the location. Set up static (stationary camera and recorders to help document evidence, validate any claims of activity or determine if it is natural causes. Conduct EVP sessions asking questions to obtain visual, audible and non-audible responses. Our investigative team may utilize such devices as REM pods, K2, SB11 or other items that may be relevant to the location or individuals to make contact. Our team notes personal experiences, monitor video for anomalies and we note anything that would be relevant to the investigation to the investigation conclusion.

Review, we sit down and review all video, audio, photographs and all data collected to determine a conclusion.

Schedule time with the client to talk about any personal experiences, documented evidence, baseline, property history or any data that may be relevant to the case. Many cases need repeat investigations, each case is different!
